- In World 1-2, grab the first Koopa's shell and run through the small gap below. Throw the shell against the entrance to the next room and quickly jump onto the shell to rack up tons of 1-ups.
- In World 3-1,if you long jump rapidly through the ice while wearing a Tanooki Suit,you can skip huge portions of the level.
